(Singapore) as the project platform company dedicated to the development, construction and operation of the Public Gasification Island at the Lisha Island Petrochemical Base. Located in the core petrochemical zone of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, it is a key industrial infrastructure project supported by the Dongguan Municipal Government. Building on our shareholder's full-chain petrochemical assets in Guangdong, we operate an integrated, low-carbon platform for basic chemical feedstock, delivering stable core raw materials to downstream advanced-materials and new-energy enterprises.
股东方深耕广东能源化工产业多年，在东莞立沙岛、揭阳大南海两大省级石化基地均布局有控股运营的成熟项目，全部资产已稳定投产，为新沙气化岛项目提供完整的产业协同与成熟的运营管理支撑。Our shareholder has operated in Guangdong's energy & chemical sector for years, holding controlling stakes in mature, fully-commissioned projects across two provincial petrochemical bases — Lisha Island (Dongguan) and Dananhai (Jieyang) — providing full industrial synergy and operational support to the Xinsha Gasification Island project.
控股运营巨正源 120 万吨/年丙烷脱氢（PDH）配套聚丙烯项目，总投资 100 亿元人民币，配套年采购 150 万吨丙烷的全球稳定原料供应链，装置长期满负荷稳定运行，是华南地区核心的聚烯烃原料供应节点。Controlling operation of the Juzhengyuan (TBC) 1.2 Mtpa PDH + polypropylene project — RMB 10 bn total investment, backed by a stable global propane supply chain of 1.5 Mtpa. Running long-term at full, stable capacity, it is a core polyolefin feedstock hub in South China.
基地内自有 3 万吨级、5 万吨级液化烃专用码头各 1 座，远洋化工原料船舶可直接靠泊，具备丙烷、丁烷等大宗液化烃的装卸、中转能力，原料可通过管廊专线直达生产装置，无缝衔接全球原料供应链。Two dedicated liquefied-hydrocarbon jetties (30,000 & 50,000 DWT) within the base; ocean-going carriers berth directly for handling propane, butane and other bulk liquefied hydrocarbons. Feedstock reaches production units via dedicated pipe-rack lines — seamlessly linked to the global supply chain.
配套建成 42 万立方米成品油及化工品成品储罐、4.8 万立方米碳四/丁烷专用储罐，以及 6 台 3000 立方米多用途压力球罐，覆盖常温常压、低温压力等多种储存工况，可满足全品类液态化工品的仓储、周转需求。420,000 m³ of finished oil & chemical product tanks, 48,000 m³ of dedicated C4/butane storage, and six 3,000 m³ multi-purpose pressurized spheres — covering ambient, low-temperature and pressurized conditions for full-category liquid chemical storage.
控股运营 150 万吨/年醋酸生产装置，为华南地区规模领先的醋酸供应项目，服务于下游 PTA、醋酸酯、医药中间体、精细化工等多个产业领域。Controlling operation of a 1.5 Mtpa acetic acid unit — a leading-scale acetic acid supply project in South China, serving downstream sectors including PTA, acetate esters, pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemicals.
东莞立沙岛石化基地的核心公用配套工程，定位为园区公共气化基础设施。目前项目已完成全部报批手续，具备全面开工条件。The core public-utility project of the Lisha Island Petrochemical Base, positioned as shared park-level gasification infrastructure. All approvals are complete and the project is ready for full construction.
配置 2 台大型气化机组，单台有效气产能 8 万标方/小时，总产能达 16 万标方/小时；配套年产 5 万吨硫磺回收装置。Two large gasification units — 80,000 Nm³/h each, 160,000 Nm³/h in total — supported by a 50,000 tpa sulfur recovery unit.
重点服务于高端工程塑料、特种合成材料、生物航空煤油、精细化工等高精尖产业领域，助力园区产业向高附加值方向升级。Serving high-end engineering plastics, specialty synthetic materials, bio-jet fuel (SAF) and fine chemicals — driving the park toward higher value-added industries.
作为园区公共气化平台，统一解决下游企业原料气供应，避免分散自建气化装置的低效投入与环保压力，是东莞石化产业升级的重点配套项目，获地方政府高度认可与支持。As the park's public gasification platform, it unifies feedstock-gas supply, avoiding the inefficiency and environmental burden of fragmented self-built units — a key supporting project for Dongguan's petrochemical upgrade, highly recognized by local government.
